When does the guarantee apply?

If your toothbrush is defective or the battery noticeably weakens, you will receive a replacement immediately. This also applies to unintentional damage (accidental damage).

Please note that this does not apply to malicious or intentional destruction. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods.

Is there a notice period?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The termination takes effect at the end of the current contractual month.

Can I change the toothbrush as often as I want?

We replace your toothbrush a maximum of twice per year. This is how we can avoid abuse.

How do I unsubscribe?

The bamtoo Recharge subscription can be easily booked when purchasing the KOA V2 in the online shop. A subsequent purchase is not possible.

Reparatur auch ohne bamtoo Recharge?

Die Kooperation mit unserem Refurbishment-Partner erlaubt es uns auch, außerhalb jeglicher Garantien dein Gerät bei Schäden, Defekten oder schwachem Akku auszutauschen. Außerhalb der 2 Jahre Garantie und dem bamtoo Recharge Abo, erheben wir eine Pauschale, um unsere Kosten zu decken. Die defekte Zahnbürste wird, so weit es geht, aufbereitet und repariert.
